Understanding School Capacity & Open Enrollment

In accordance with A.R.S. § 15-816.01, below is the capacity and whether the school is currently accepting open enrollment students for each district school.

What is open enrollment?
Open enrollment allows students to attend a school outside of their designated school boundary when space is available.

Open-enrollment capacity reflects if there are openings for students who do not live within that school’s boundaries. Availability may vary by grade level and can change throughout the school year.

Students who live within a school’s attendance boundaries can attend their designated neighborhood school, regardless of the school’s open-enrollment capacity.

If you are unsure which school your address is zoned for, please contact the district or use our school boundary information to determine your designated school.
