As we continue working through the important process of addressing the district’s current financial challenges, we remain committed to transparency, communication, and community engagement every step of the way.
We invite you to stay informed by accessing ongoing updates from our Budgetary Committee Meetings on the district website. As part of this effort, each committee chairperson will be providing a short video summarizing the work being done, key discussions, and progress being made.

2026-2027 REGISTRATION

Register Your Student Now!

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR IS OPEN!

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open, and Florence Unified School District encourages all families to complete the process as soon as possible. Even if your child is currently enrolled in an FUSD school, annual re-registration is still required to ensure records are up to date and your student’s placement is secured. Take a few moments now to register helps us plan effectively for staffing, resources, and student success. Don’t wait secure your child’s spot today! Need help? Check out this helpful video!

We invite our families and community members to stop by the District Office to preview all Elementary and Middle School ELA curriculum options and share your feedback.

Math Curriculum Review

Curriculum Review Reminder - Algebra 1, Geometry and Algebra 2 curriculum currently being considered for adoption is available for public review and comment for the next few weeks.
Community members can:
Scan the QR code to access the curriculum online
and use the username and password provided in the flyer.
Interested individuals can also review all materials in person at the District Office located at 1000 S. Main St., Florence, AZ 85132.

Predators Among Us - COMMUNITY EVENT

Join us Saturday, April 18th, at Poston Butte High School Library.
Arrive at 9:30 am for some donuts and coffee and stay for an
eye-opening presentation you won’t want to miss.
Presentation will begin promptly at 10:00 am.
Special Agent Heidi Chance from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office will lead this powerful session, sharing expert insights on online safety, spotting warning signs, and protecting our youth from predators.
Let’s work together to keep our children and community safe.
