Student Records and Transcripts
The Student Records Department maintains cumulative files for students who are no longer enrolled in the Florence Unified School District. We process requests from schools, agencies, and authorized parties and provide transcripts and other required records.
Important Information- How to Request Transcripts & General Records:
If you are a graduate of the Class of 2023, or before, and you would like to request your transcripts, please use the Transcript Request for Class of 2023 or BEFORE & General Records Request Ticket found below.
If you are a graduate of the Class of 2024, or after, click on the SchoolLinks Transcript Request link below to request your transcripts.
To request general student records, please use the General Records Request Ticket.

How to Request Special Education Records
Special Education records are handled separately and are not requested through the ticket system.
