FUSD Welcomes Andria Johnson

Join us in welcoming Andria Johnson as the district’s new Assistant Director of Finance. Johnson brings 20 years of experience in accounting, including eight years working in school finance.

 “I am excited and grateful to begin my new role as Assistant Director of Finance with Florence Unified School District.  I have found that I truly enjoy the work of finance and the opportunity it provides to support others and help an organization succeed.”

Johnson said her new position is especially meaningful because she will have the opportunity to serve the community where she lives. As a resident of Magma Ranch, Johnson considers joining FUSD a homecoming of sorts.

Throughout her career, Andria said she has been grateful for the relationships, knowledge and experiences that have shaped her professional journey. She looks forward to bringing that experience to FUSD while continuing to learn and grow alongside the district’s team.

“We are excited to welcome Andria to Florence Unified School District,” said FUSD Superintendent Chris Knutsen. “Her extensive experience in accounting and school finance, combined with her commitment to serving her community, will be a tremendous asset to our district.
