2026 Governing Board Leadership

At last night’s January Governing Board Meeting, the Florence Unified School District Governing Board voted to continue its leadership team for the coming year.
Mr. Roger Biede was re-elected to serve as President of the FUSD Governing Board, and Mrs. Megan Wegant will continue in her role as Vice President.
Especially during January, which is Governing Board Appreciation Month, we sincerely appreciate both Mr. Biede and Mrs. Wegant for their continued service and commitment to the students, staff, and families of Florence Unified School District. Their leadership, dedication, and willingness to serve our community play an important role in supporting student success and guiding the district forward.
