Tech Tip Tuesday - How to Scan to Google Drive from the Konica Copiers

How to Scan to Google Drive from the Konica Copiers
The Konica Minolta copiers have a scan function that will allow you to scan to email or scan to Google Drive! These scans can also be in full color!
Step 1:
Place the paper(s) you wish to scan on the glass, or in the document feeder.
Step 2:
Log into the copier using your badge or by typing in your email and password.
Step 3:
Click the Scan button on the screen.
Step 4:
Choose Scan to Google Drive.

Click the Blue/Green Start button on the screen.

Step 6:
Press the Blue Start button on the copier. If you are scanning multiple pages using the glass scanning area, press start after every new page.
Step 7:
When you have scanned all of your pages, press the finish button on the screen.

Then it will say to press the start button, the same one you used to scan the pages.

Press send on the screen.

Step 10:
The first time you scan to Google Drive, you will get an email like this:

Step 11:
Log into your Google Drive.
  1. Select your account.
  2. Click Allow.

A folder will appear in your Google Drive, that will contain all of the scans from the Konica Minolta.
